Do you offer services for both the household and business customer?

Top Notch Storage has services for both the household and business customer.

What does "on-site" manager mean?

"On-site" manager means that an employee is at the location during normal business hours. Please check with the manager for a list of days and time of operation.

Do you have moving carts available?

Yes. Contact the Store Manager to provide you with a moving cart to assist your move in free of charge.

Do you have video cameras?

Top Notch Storage uses video cameras as a security measure. Cameras are generally located at the point of entry and exit and other areas around the facility.

Can anybody drive onto this property or do you need a PIN number?

Our facility has an electronic gate system which can only be opened by a security code that is assigned to each individual tenant. The code allows us to monitor who is entering and exiting the facility.

What is temperature control?

Temperature control is a feature that we offer. Our temperature controlled units maintain a temperature of 50 to 85 degrees. This feature helps protect your stored belongings from the extreme temperatures.

Do I get a lock when I rent a unit?

We only allow disc locks which are purchased when renting a unit.

What is a drive-up unit?

A drive-up unit is an outside unit, located on the first floor of a facility that gives you the ability to load your belongings directly from a vehicle or truck.

What's the difference between office hours and gate hours?

The office hours are the hours of operation for the property. During these hours the Store Manager will be available to assist you with your storage needs or moving and packing supplies. The gate hours are the hours of the property, and when your unit can be accessed.

Gate access is available from 6:00 AM to 10:30 PM 7 days a week.

How far in advance can I book a reservation?

We give you the flexibility to book a reservation up to 30 days in advance to help you plan ahead.

What kind of security do you have?

Top Notch Storage takes great pride in protecting your belongings and strives to provide state-of-the-art security. We feature electronic gate with coded access, monitored video surveillance, fenced and well-lit facilities, PIN # access to all temperature controlled areas, and personal locks available for purchase.

What are the payment terms?

Top Notch Storage strives to make your storage experience as hassle free as possible, including paying your bill. Typically, our leases are month-to-month but we also offer the flexibility of long-term leases. We can automatically charge your Mastercard® or Visa® each month. In addition we offer ACH debit of your checking account if that is more convenient.

Can I pay my bills online?

Yes, paying your bill online is available through the account login.

What sizes are available and how do I pick my size?

We offer a wide range of sizes to accommodate your needs. Sizes range from 5x10 to 10x30. Determining the right size is easy with the help of our "choose your size estimator" and the help of our Store Managers who is trained to assist you in this process.
